Watch this amazing, clear blue sky, sunset in Lone Tree, Colorado.
I was hoping for some high altitude clouds that would add some gorgeous color, but that was not to be the case today, however, it was still a beautiful sunset, looking West at the Rocky Mountains and Northwest at Longs Peak in the Rocky Mountain National Park, and North to Denver.
It was nice having two different cameras set up, focusing in two directions, as the lighting is slightly different and it’s nice to see how the sun hits the area in multiple ways.
The weather was absolutely perfect today. The high temperature was around 50 degrees (F) and there was a light wind to no wind for the entire day.
The video was taken using a GoPro Hero 8 Black and an iPhone 11 Pro Max.

Hello Rick, A very lovely view of the Sunset Lone Tree in Colorado. I played the video over again more than 20 times. I am very excited to see how nature would show it’s greatness. The Go Pro Hero 8 Black Camera is super amazing for that price. Wow, comparing the pictures to that of iphone 11 pro max was the best way to describe how amazing it was. I have loved photography from day one and I would think of getting this camera before the new year.
I’m glad you liked it. I love just getting out and traveling around Colorado to capture incredible moments in nature. It takes my mind off everything going on around the world.
The GoPro Hero 8 Black is a great camera, but one of my favorite things about it is being able to capture underwater footage, mainly of trout fishing here in Colorado.
