I didn’t realize the Roaring Fork river was so small up near Aspen. It certainly gets a lot bigger by the time it merges with the Colorado River in Glenwood Springs. How do you like the GoPro Hero 8 black? Is it durable and waterproof? My girlfriend has a “waterproof” camera that I had to replace for her when we found out it wasn’t so “waterproof” after being in a fast flowing creek. I’m wondering if a GoPro might be a better option for her.
The GoPro is a great action camera, in my opinion. I have used it for underwater video on several trout fishing trips and it still works great. I would highly recommend it but they have a new version out called the GoPro Hero 9 Black. It has a larger battery and an LCD screen on the front so you can position your self better when videoing yourself.
